The project consists of a lot of 651,259 square feet, (15.5 Acres) subdivided into 8 (eight) lots, with 8 Buildings totaling an area of approx. 162,000 square feet. The project is located at 2303 South Union Ave (Golden State Highway), Bakersfield, Ca.93307, with a frontage on Union Avenue of 550 lineal feet and daily traffic count of over 20,800 vehicles per day, and runs to Chester Avenue, with a frontage of over 490 linear feet and over 10,000 vehicles traffic per day.
